Sampang- Ketua Program Studi Hukum Keluarga Islam (Nur Chotimah Azis, M.HI) mengikuti pelatihan Ahli Hisab dan Rukyatul Hilal yang dilaksanakan PWNU Jawa Timur pada hari Sabtu hingga Ahad, 15-16 Februari 2025, di Masjid Jami’ Manyar Gresik. Acara ini merupakan momentum penting bagi perguruan tinggi yang memiliki program studi Hukum Keluarga Islam untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang hisab, rukyat, serta penentuan waktu dalam Islam.
Ketua Lembaga Falakiyah PWNU Jawa Timur, Kyai Syamsul Maarif, SH, MH, dalam sambutannya menegaskan bahwa kaderisasi ahli hisab memiliki peran krusial dalam menjaga akurasi kalender Islam. Menurutnya, melalui Rukyatul Hilal Bil Fi’li yang rutin dilakukan, kalender Hijriyah akan tetap terjaga keakuratannya.
Senada dengan apa yang disampaikan Ketua LF PWNU Jawa Timur, Nur Chotimah Azis, M.HI selaku Ketua Program Studi Hukum Keluarga Islam Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Raudhatul Ulum Arrahmaniyah Sampang memiliki tujuan dan harapan yang sama. Selain itu, Ilmu Falaq merupakan materi kuliah pada program studi Hukum Keluarga Islam, jadi tetap harus dikembangkan, menyesuaikan dengan ilmu Fikih, Astronomi, dan Teknologi.
Pada pelatihan tersebut, materi yang disampaikan adalah Interpretasi fikih & astronomi waktu dhuha, Pemrograman hisab jadwal imsakiyah berbasis Java, Penyerasian kalender Hijriyah tahun 2026 M, Koordinasi persiapan rukyatul hilal awal bulan Ramadhan & Syawal. Dari hasil pelatihan tersebut, peserta berhasil membuat aplikasi jadwal imsakiyah Ramadhan 1446 H dengan program coding Java. Peserta juga berhasil mempraktikkan rukyatul hilal menggunakan teleskop, dan membuat penyerasian penghitungan kalender Hijriyah untuk tahun 2026 mendatang, untuk menghindari adanya perbedaan awal bulan Hijriyah.
